Review by hotel critic
As a frequent business traveler, my experience at this hotel was mixed. While it boasts four well-equipped meeting rooms with free Wi-Fi and all the tech essentials like projectors and microphones, the overall atmosphere left something to be desired. I appreciate a reliable setup for meetings, and it was convenient knowing I could organize discussions in the historic heart of Milan. I struggled with intermittent Wi-Fi in my room, which hindered my productivity. On the plus side, the luggage storage service was efficient, allowing me to explore the area without my bags. The bar lounge area provided a pleasant space for informal discussions, though the coffee selection was less than inspiring—filtered coffee just doesn’t cut it for an Italian hotel. I also found the reception staff could use a bit more warmth; a more welcoming approach would enhance the experience here. While I enjoyed the location and accessibility, I’d recommend taking advantage of the meeting facilities while being mindful of the hotel’s limitations.
